DIM (3,3'-Diindolylmethane) is a natural compound formed during digestion of cruciferous vegetables. It induces CYP1A1 and CYP1A2 enzymes, shifting estrogen metabolism toward the protective 2-hydroxyestrone (2-OHE1) pathway and away from the pro-proliferative 16α-hydroxyestrone (16α-OHE1) pathway. Three Active Ingredients
