Order cancellations

A one-time order may be canceled any time before it has been processed or shipped.

Once the order has already left our facility, cancellation is no longer available and the purchase will instead be handled under the Return and Refund Policy.

Subscription cancellations

If you purchase through a subscription or recurring order arrangement, you may stop future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

A subscription cancellation prevents upcoming recurring orders that have not yet entered processing, but it does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.
