Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? +
Orders within the United States are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Processing takes 1 business day, after which you will receive tracking information via email.
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes — all orders within the United States ship free with full tracking included.
Do you ship outside the United States? +
Currently, Sanare Lab ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All U.S. orders ship free with full tracking included.
Can I track my order? +
Absolutely. Every order includes a tracking number sent via email once your package ships. You can use this number to monitor delivery status in real time.
What shipping carriers do you use? +
USPS is our primary carrier. Depending on your location, orders may also ship via UPS or, less frequently, DHL and FedEx. The carrier is selected automatically to ensure the fastest delivery to your area.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged? +
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? +
If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually modify or cancel it. Please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified.
Do you offer subscription / auto-ship options? +
Yes. Many of our products are available with a Subscribe & Save option, offering a 10% discount on every recurring order. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Is my payment information secure? +
Yes. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security. We never store your full credit card details.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing? +

Refunds & Returns
What is your return policy? +
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How long does it take to receive a refund? +
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the refund request. The refund will appear on your original payment method.
Do I need to return the product to get a refund? +
In most cases, yes — we ask that you return the product in its original packaging. However, for damaged or defective items, we may issue a refund without requiring a return. Contact support for details.
Can I exchange a product for a different one? +
Yes. If you'd like a different product or strength, contact our team within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange for you.
Fenbendazole Products
What fenbendazole products does Sanare Lab offer? +
Sanare Lab offers high-purity fenbendazole capsules in two strengths: Fenbendazole 222 mg and Fenbendazole 444 mg. Both contain ≥99% pure fenbendazole with no fillers or additives. Available in 30, 90, and 180 capsule bottles.
What is the difference between 222 mg and 444 mg capsules? +

What is the purity of your fenbendazole? +
All Sanare Lab fenbendazole capsules are independently verified to contain ≥99% pure fenbendazole by accredited U.S. laboratories. Visit our Lab Testing page to view Certificates of Analysis.
Is your fenbendazole laboratory tested? +
Yes. Every batch undergoes third-party testing at accredited U.S. laboratories. Testing covers identity verification, potency, heavy metals, and microbiological safety. Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) are available on our Lab Testing page.
Are these fenbendazole capsules intended for human use? +
No. Our fenbendazole products are sold strictly as research compounds. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or clinical applications. By purchasing, customers accept responsibility for using the product in accordance with applicable regulations.
How should fenbendazole be stored? +
Store fenbendazole capsules in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the bottle sealed when not in use. Properly stored, the capsules maintain their potency for at least 24 months from the manufacture date.
How is fenbendazole packaged? +
All capsules are packaged in sealed, moisture-resistant bottles with tamper-evident caps to maintain optimal stability. Each bottle is labeled with batch and lot information for full traceability.

Blue Essence is our pharmaceutical-grade methylene blue research compound available in capsule and liquid forms. It is provided for research and laboratory purposes. Each capsule contains 12 mg of USP-grade methylene blue.
What is NAD+ Nicotinamide Riboside? +
NAD+ is essential for cellular energy metabolism. Our Nicotinamide Riboside research compound (300 mg per capsule) is provided for research and laboratory purposes.
What is Curcumin Turmeric used for? +
Our Curcumin Turmeric research compound delivers 360 mg per serving (equivalent to 12,000 mg turmeric) with Black Pepper and Phytosome Extract for enhanced absorption. It is provided for research and laboratory purposes.

Are your products FDA approved? +
This product is sold strictly as a laboratory research compound. It is not a drug, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical product. Not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. Not evaluated or approved by any regulatory authority including the FDA. What quality standards do you follow? +
All Sanare Lab products are manufactured under strict cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. Raw materials are tested for identity and purity. Finished products are tested by independent third-party laboratories for potency, heavy metals, microbial contamination, and other quality parameters.
Do your products contain allergens, GMOs, or fillers? +
Our products are non-GMO and free from gluten, soy, dairy, and artificial preservatives. We use minimal excipients — typically only the active ingredient and a vegetable-based capsule shell (HPMC).
