Overview of returns
This Return and Refund Policy applies to products purchased directly from sanarelab.com.
If you are not satisfied with an order, you may request a return within 30 days after the goods are delivered to you, and no explanation is required to open that request.
How to start a return
To request a return, contact our support team within the 30-day return window and include enough information for us to identify your purchase.
Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back, because unapproved returns may be delayed, refused, or sent to the wrong location.
Eligibility rules
A return is eligible only if the item was delivered within the previous 30 days.
Returned goods must be unused, unopened, and still in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
Items that cannot be returned
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
We also do not accept returns where health protection or hygiene considerations make the item unsuitable for resale.
Customized or personalized products are excluded from return eligibility.
Goods that have been inseparably combined with other items after delivery are not returnable.
Discounted or sale merchandise is treated as final sale and cannot be returned.
Return shipping
For returns that meet the requirements of this policy, Sanare Lab provides return shipping at no cost to the customer.
Once we approve the request, we will send the applicable return instructions so the item can be sent back correctly.
Refund handling
After the returned item reaches us, we will inspect it and let you know whether the refund has been approved or declined.
If the return is approved, the refund will be sent back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Gift purchases
If a returned product was identified as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued when the return is approved.
If the gift order was first delivered to the purchaser, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser instead.
